TGC offers distance learning graduate programs from outstanding universities in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The TGC will make available the latest telepresence technology and virtual classrooms with direct connection to world-class undergraduate and graduate programs from across the country. TGC will also serve as a college and career readiness facilitator offering assistance in selecting, preparing and enrolling in nationally recognized graduate programs.

Engaging Communities for College Readiness (ENCORE) is a program in South Texas developed by Texas Valley Communities Foundation in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to dramatically increase the number of students ready to enroll and complete a post-secondary education. The program is composed of three crucial outreach initiatives: ENCORE PASOS Program, ENCORE Career Awareness and Mentorship Program (CAMP) and ENCORE MEDITEC.

Reybotics is the premiere robotics manufacturing center of South Texas and a leader in curriculum delivery through technology. Founded by former NASA Engineer and Brownsville native Heriberto Reynoso, Reybotics strives to motivate youth to pursue STEM career paths by educating and providing opportunities to high school and college students with a passion for engineering.
